How to understand the timesheet

Review totals, daily details, and tags that explain how time was tracked.

This video explains how to read an employee's timesheet in Supercrew (ConstructionClock), the foundation of accurate payroll. It covers the totals, the day-by-day details, the clock-in tags, and how entries are edited.

This video demonstrates...

  1. How to open an employee's timesheet for a pay period and see their total hours and earnings at a glance.
  2. What the daily breakdown shows: total hours after deductions, on-site time, travel time, and any unpaid breaks.
  3. What the clock-in tags mean: Super, Auto, GPS, no-GPS, or off-site, depending on how the entry was recorded.
  4. How users with the right permission can verify, edit, reallocate, or delete a time entry.
  5. What other tags can appear: an edited tag on changed entries, no clock-in on days with no time, and schedule or office clock-out from forced clock-outs.
