How do projects work?

Understand projects as the job sites or work types employees clock into.

A project in Supercrew (ConstructionClock) represents a job site, work location, or type of work you want to track separately. This video explains how projects organize your time and what each one controls.

This video demonstrates...

  1. What a project is: the foundation for how time is organized, since employees cannot clock in until at least one project exists.
  2. How a project defines where work happens, who can access it, and how time is recorded.
  3. How employees clock in and out of projects, either manually or automatically through AutoClock or SuperClock.
  4. How assigning employees restricts who can see and clock into a project, while an unassigned project stays open to everyone.
  5. What else a project can control: a site radius for automatic and GPS clock-ins, a schedule with optional forced clock-outs, and budgeted labor hours or costs.
